Tip of the week – Fringed Paper

To make a tropical looking accent for your scrapbook pages or cards, simply make tiny cuts every 1/8 – 1/4″ along a strip of paper. Then roll the cuts at random intervals to make it look like a tiki hut.
This layout is adhered to a tru-fit file folder (page 97 of the Summer Idea Book) so I can put brochures and other memorabilia in the file folder. Notice the tab on the top of the page.
This layout is all ready for pictures of our family vacation. Lots of relaxing in my future!
