There’s a reason it’s called an Idea Book

There is a card in the current Spring Close To My Heart Idea Book that really appeals to me. I keep going back to it over and over again. It’s on page 30 with the Veranda Creative Basics paper. Below I made a similar design for a birthday card. Of course, I had to change it a bit to work for me and add my own flair to it. But that is what is so appealing about the Close To My Heart Idea Books, you can find 100′s of pieces of artwork in each book to inspire you and make it your own or re-create it exactly as shown. No one will be the wiser that you “stamp-lifted” the design.
Speaking of Idea Books, we have a new one coming out to consultants on April 1st and to everyone on May 1st. I have seen a sneak peak of the new products and papers and let me just tell you it is fantastic!! I’m really looking forward to getting my hands on some of these great new products.
Also, don’t forget we have just a few more days of the “Dare To Dream” March special for new CTMH consultants. It’s your last chance to get $400 worth of Close To My Heart products for just $99! This is a STEAL.

Here’s the bday card I made for my sister. Unfortunately it’s still in my purse and didn’t make it to a mailbox like I wanted to yesterday. I’ll get it sent today. Hope you enjoy it!

Recipe:
Twitterpated paper pack, Grown with Love stamp set, Happy Birthday stamp set, Chocolate mini-medleys (flowers), antique copper brads, Chocolate ribbon rounds, Sorbet stamp pad, Crystal Blue stamp pad, Sweet Leaf stamp pad, corner rounder and Dimensional Elements Booksmart.
Again, I’m stamplifting one of my CTMH sisters. This time it was Michelle Nist. She is one of my dearest friends in the whole wide world.
