I had a lot of fun with the Tropical theme for Teacher Appreciation this year. For the invitation I designed a Flip-Flop. I used a real pair of flip-flops to make a template and then cut 78 of them by hand times 2: the bottom layer and the top layer of the striped paper (CTMH Sophia Paper is retired). Finally the flower was cut from my Cricut machine with the Close To My Heart Art Philosophy cartridge. The brad in the center of the flower lets the top layer swing away from the bottom layer to reveal the party details.
